(Photo and information submitted by C. W. "Bud" Roberts, Jr. He is the son of Crounbie W. Roberts, Sr., who owned and operated Meadow Dairies from its opening in 1938 until its closing in the late 1970s. Mr. Roberts, Sr. also served as Mayor of Leaksville for two terms, and as Rockingham County Commissioner for two terms. )
