4- Willow Oaks in Draper, NC.  First built by a Dr. Broadnax and worked by slaves during the War Between the  States.  Bought by Richard  Ivy Smith, Sr. and was operated as MRS Dairies for several years.  MRS name came from owners, Jack Murdock, Croumbie Roberts, and Richard Ivy (Dick) Smith Jr. from 1933 until 1938 when it was moved to Bridge Street in Leaksville, NC.  A contest was held to rename the dairy, and it was renamed Meadow Dairies because of the large meadow located in front of the original house.  It is currently located on what is known as Berry Hill Road (NC 770) where it stands today.
